Pleased to have advised an undisclosed party on the financing strategy and capital structuring of a proposed 120MW utility-scale solar PV project in Batumi, Georgia, representing approximately $110m in project value.
The mandate involved supporting project financing strategy, investor positioning, and engagement with relevant financial and strategic counterparties as part of the wider development and execution process.

Venture Capital Origination & Investment Execution
Pleased to have supported Global Scale Ventures, a venture capital firm investing across high-growth technology sectors, on strategic origination and investment execution initiatives.
Our work included identifying venture opportunities across AI, Biotech, and ClimateTech through a proprietary AI-driven sourcing model designed to surface high-potential companies efficiently and at scale.
